Disable "Graphical User Interface"?

Just curious if there's a way to disable the Graphical UI... I'm not overly concerned, however I don't think my Firewall/AV needs to be pretty.

This is the option I'm talking about:

I've tried exporting my settings to a .XML file, editing the "GraphicMode" variable to "0" and then importing the settings again, however that doesn't do anything.
