NOD32 get's "Advanced+" in AV-Comparatives test May 2007

NOD32 the only AV program to get the famous Advanced+ mark in AV-Comparatives Retrospective/ProActive test, May 2007.

NOD32 heuristics are better! Always!

Now ESET can improve malware definitions database to bit other companies like Avira and Kaspersky on on-demand test. The last AV-Comparatives on-demand test and AV-Test.org (published on PC World and others magazines) shows a decrease power @ detects known malwares.

since i know it cant remove malware very well.

Congrats to ESET for the great results! I think what the proactive Heuristics result tells us is that NOD32 has one of the best designed AV engines in the industry, especially when coupled with scanning throughput and how resource efficient it is.

But still ESET is falling behind on both AV-comp and AV-test with regards regular on-demand detection.

My biggest wish is that ESET allocates more resources (i.e. people) at more timely addition to the signature database.

If they did NOD32 would be unbeatable.

There is no comparison when it comes to how protected your system is with a properly configured NOD32 running.

I trust it so much in fact, that my customers that have purchased a license and let me do the install and configuration.....I have given them a written guarantee that if they ever get infected, I'll clean the system for free.

Going on 3 years now without a single free cleaning. ;D8)

I'm surprised there are no posts of congratulations to Eset for passing the June 07 VB 100 (for Windows XP).

A few of the bigger name vendors failed the VB test....I wonder how many forum members will change AV programs based on June test results.

Yes, I'm being sarcastic - there was a slew of "the sky is falling" posts regarding Nod32 & its usefulness because of the results in 2 previous tests.
