Can't update signature with proxy server

I was using the antivirus NOD32 with a proxy with safety without problems, but when I use Eset Smart Security it does not update the files.
I execute the ping on the direction of the server and I have response. The configuration is:
Proxy-server: adp-isa
Port: 8080
Proxy server requieres autentication: yes
User name: adpconsultores\rgadea
Password: **********

If it worked with version 2.7, check the proxy server settings in the advaced setup and make sure they are correct. If update through the proxy didn't work with v. 2.7, then the proxy must be using unsupported authentication method.

it worked with version 2.7 of NOD32 antivirus and the configuration is the same. In my house the update works very well but I haven't proxy with authentication method.
