I click scan and nothing happen...

i try 2 remove Nod32 2.5 and reinstall it. it worked properly 4 a couple of days but now it fail again.

1) Download a fresh copy of NOD32 v 2.7 for your correct operating system
Trial version (http://www.eset.com/download/index.php)
Full paid version (http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php)

2) Goto Control Panel-> Add/Remove programs and Uninstall NOD32

3) Reboot

4) Goto C:\Program files and manually delete the folder ESET

5) Install NOD32 from the file you just downloaded in step 1
Use Typical settings

6) Make sure you have stable i-net connection and NOD32 (nod32krn.exe) is allowed to go through your firewall and Update NOD

7) Perform In-depth scan to ensure there is no malicious code on your computer

But 4 reason is it happen ? can't i keep the version i already have ?

Can you run nod32.exe manually? Why do you refuse to install v. 2.7 which is able to detect active rootkits?
