How to renew NOD32?

My licence'll expire next month and I am going to renew NOD 32.
I do not know, do I need to uninstall my previuos version before installation of the new one or I do not need to do it. Please help me to clear up what must I do.

If you have the latest version installed you'll need only trade out the old user name and password with the new.

as BFG suggested, you just enter the new username/password in the control center - this is found in the update section near the middle of the window - right underneath the server, which should be set as <Choose Automatically>.

The username/password are valid for your license period, and the new u/p combination is what allows you to update for another year (or 2 - depending on the renewal you purchase).
