AEC.sys is a trojan?

I just booted up my computer today and NSClean BoClean popped up a window saying that AEC.sys from the Windows system directory is a trojan. The titlebar of that window has the words "DLDR games.d malware" or something similar. I told BOClean to remove it but when I restart, I get the same prompt again.

I don't remember installing anything recently so I don't know why I am getting this?

Any help would be appreciated
