PROBLEM creating "Backup Location"- TI 10.0

How do you create a backup location? When I select "Create a backup location", a screen appears with what looks like will be a directory tree on the left -- but at this point all it shows is one line -- "Backup Locations". There is no menu on this screen -- No "Add location" button -- No "Create backup location" button -- nothing like this. And when I right click on "Backup Locations" or if I double-click on it, nothing happens at all.

How do I create a backup location?!!! Help, please.

and then find post #13 and download CatFan432's text file which he created to help those having problems with Backup Locations. Kudo's for his willingness to invest the time needed to create such a helpful file.
