Winpatrol: How much protection?

I already have SAS Pro on my machine. How much more protection woudl I get from Winpatrol Free? From there, how much additional protection would the paid fursion of Winpatrol offer?

I know that the paid version fo Winpatrol gives a lot of information about various start up items. But I am talking about protection from bad saoftware installing or messing with the registry.

Does Winpatrol Free or paid offer any protection that I already don't get from SAS Pro?

WinPatrol free or paid does not add much protection, IMHO.
