Doesn't always load at startup. Happen to anyone else?

I sometimes have to click on the shortcut and then it eventually comes up.

Also (and this one is very rare.... only happening a couple times at most) sometimes the resident shield doesn't come up as being active by default either.

Have either of these things happened to any of you?

On one of the personal settings on our PC AVG wouldn't open this AM.It must not have loaded correctly on the last reboot because it didn't show it ran a scheduled scan last night.After rebooting it loaded ok.This is the first time this has happened.The icon was on the desktop and system tray,but double clicking did nothing.Got the message AVG program not responding,end program-cancel now.I guess I have to check all personal settings from now on besides tracking down updates.:wacko:

I have AVG AS running on several sites. I've seen the issue happen where the system tray icon is either not present at all or greyed-out several times.
