Being a linux user I paid much attention in managing with restricted priveleges users on windows.
Very recently I've discovered another software (like Drop-My-Rights and similiar) to do it: sodowin (a porting for windows of linux command "sudo").
Unfortunatly I'm not able to try it because it crashes on my system ::)
