Hi, greetings to all, as a new member on this forum i would like your opinion about my security, i'm currently running vista and i have norton internet security 2007, windows defender, spysweeper and i'm also behind a router, can you give me your opinion, things i slhoud change or i slhoud add, thanks

I am not a Norton fan and you can find other lighter solutions for your Vista .

I suggest you completely disable Windows Defender .
Make sure your IE7 runs under Protected Mode.
