Another DLL problem

Hope somebody can help me.

ERROR MESSAGE.

The system DLL user32 dll relocated in memory. The application wiil not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\Shell32.dll occupied an address range for Windows System DLL'S. The vender supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
