Snap Deploy Universal Recovery

Hi,
I have purchased the Snap Deploy 2.0 with universal restore. We are currently evaluating the system for enterprise level implementation. I am testing the universal deploy by attempting to deploy a master Windows XP image made from a virtual machine to an old Dell gx110 with no success. The image deploys without errors but the PC reboots to the improper shutdown mode and will not start Windows XP. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When you deploy the image from the Acronis Snap Deploy Managment Console, you should be using a template. Within that template, have you enabled the use universal deploy / universal restore? Should look like this:
