IZarc compression program?

I recently downloaded it from webattack, and am wondering if it is spyware, or what? It seems to be a good compression prog, heres the website: http://www.izsoft.dir.bg/ Has anyone else used it? Is webattack a trustworthy place to download programs?

I have used webattack for a long time I have downloaded a lot of programs and have not had a problem yet. But like always try to be aware of what you are getting I always go to the apps. home page and check it out. One thing about Webattack they have a lot of useful programs. :)
