Hi,
For those who have send me the last day an email:
I cannot receive them.
My provider has at the moment a problem with their pop-email-server.
At the moment they don't know when it will be fixed.
Well, I myself have at the moment flu and fever, and I'm hardly online.
So I hope my provider has fixed it when I'm feeling better ::) ;)
Cheers, Jan.

Boy, we've had a lotta sicklies around here lately, haven't we?
Eat your chicken soup or, if the Dutch prefer something different, (maybe that pea soup?) eat that ;D and get better fast Jan ;)

Yes Jan, please do take care of yourself.
We'll just stack your mail in the corner... When you are better you can spend about 10 days or so catching up on it. :o

Well, the email problem at my provider was faster fixed than I could get rid of this fever ::) That might take a few more days...
Warm regards, Jan.

Chicken noodle soup from Campbells. Good for the body and soul.
May not fix anything, but it sure makes me feel better.
Better health to you soon my friend.

:) Hello friend Jan!
Sorry to hear you have the flu. I hope you will feel better soon. Contrary to you, I've been online quite a lot lately. I sprained my achilles tendon in my left leg the day before I started vacation. LOL I can walk a little now, if I'm careful. ;)
Take good care of you and I will take good care of me.
Larry :)

:) Thanks Steve!
Doing my best to help it heal. It happened on the job so WCB is paying for it. (Canadians know what WCB is.) Physical injury is an occupational hazard in my work.
Had my flu shot already, also part of my work. Glad Jan brought this subject up. Everyone, get your flu shots this year! I hope what the medical establishment is predicting for this year will just be a false-positive, but what if it's worse?? :(

Ya larry, thank god for the WCB! ;D
Been lucky, i've never had to use it. Probably should have a couple of times though, with my bad back and all.

I'm not sure what part of canada your from larry but there has already been 4 deaths in southern ontario from this new strain of flu. I think 3 children and 1 adult. The problem is the strain of flu changes ever year so the flu shot is a hit and miss proposition. Better to have the shot then not.
Somebody told me the other day that the flu kills 30,000 people in the USA every year. Don't know if this is accurate but those are scary numbers.
The flu killed millions in 1918, when there was no medical treatment for it.
Thank god for modern medicine! :)
