Which would you say was the most secure Kaspersky Anti-Hacker or Comodo FW.

I'd say Kas AH

Comodo depending on your other security programs.

Kaspersky AH is no longer developed as a separate application from KIS so if you are looking at AH only (which from your wording it looks like you are), that would be version 1.9 or earlier and is not as intuitive as Comodo (or the newer version of AH included in KIS). Second, there are other features in Comodo that AH itself does not have so if you are running a bare bones AV, Comodo can add nicely to the feature mix.
