Why database went back??

2007-4-13 14:39:37 the database version updated to 2185 (20070412).

2007-4-14 7:52:40 the database version updated to 2152 (20070328 ).

after manual update
2007-4-14 8:08:06 the database version updated to 2152 2187 (20070413).
Why?

Is your Update setup chosen to "Choose automatically" servers ?
Have you used registry cleners or other system cleaning/recovery programs recently ?
