AppDefend order not processing

Hello,

I ordered AppDefend earlier today and have still not received my product license. I have sent regsoft 2 emails and there is no response. According to the Ghost Security site, I should have received a license within 5-30 minutes of purchasing.

I have since read some other posts and noticed others had similar problems. I really like this product and wanted to support the developer, so I hope this can be resolved.

Is there anything I can do to correct this?

All is good now. I received the code. But it did take a lot longer than stated. Hopefully it won't happen that often in the future for others who are purchasing.

I think the problem is with certain credit cards needing more verification time for whatever reason. A few customers who have been holidaying in certain regions of the world (or have a CC registered elsewhere) have sometimes run into problems with the fraud checking RegSoft does.

As soon as RegSoft clears the order, it is sent almost immediately though.

I dont really think the place you pay has anything to do with sending the key, and I have seen no responses on this forum by the developer, as he is also the the one who dumped process guard and has showed very little response here and on further developement of ghostsecurty, I feel little promise that this will go much further, this project looks like its sitting on the back burner indefinitly, all there is on this forum is people interested in the project, but no developer, very odd.

Jason developed Process Guard too while working at DiamondCS and yes he does write here from time to time...................somewhat spotty presence here though.............IMHO of course.

Lets hope it's because he's hard at work on delivering the promissed product. :)

Its beyond me why process guard is even mentioned.

Process guard being dumped or ignored by Wayne has nothing to do with Jason. Jason left process guard well before the dumping occurred.

I was the only developer working on the actual coding of ProcessGuard up until my departure. And as bernq makes clear I had left about 2 years before the DiamondCS problems became really apparent. So I can understand the confusion regarding these issues since I did work at this place which has now come under fire. However I was just an employee there and had no control over the actual running of the company so placing any kind of connection like that to me is a little ignorant.

Jason, i think you misunderstood the intension..............which was to credit you for the work you did on PG, not associating you with the demise... negative or positive of Diamond CS.................if this was me you called ignorant.
