custom OS icon

just a quick question, is there any way to use custom icons for the OSes in OS selector?

Not officially...

But some acronis support have said this might come officially in further releases (but no promises, no details, etc...)
I guess they should make efforts towards more general stability rather than cosmetic doodads...

Few software makers (including acronis competitors) like to give its users the ability to skin their official GUI... although they should see in this some opportunity to increase acceptance; but since OSS is now merely an add-on to DiskDirector, and no more a stand-alone application, this kind of aestethic functionality is given very low priority (as it should be, perhaps...).
