AntiSpam tool for Outlook 2007?

Hi,

I have to start to use Outlook 2007 because of my work, so I had to left the great Thunderbird :'(

One problem, to not mention others, of Outlook 2007 is the Junk mail feature, so I would like to know if exists some free tool to avoid spam that works fine with it, and if only run when Outlook is running will be even better...
