I recently used Partition Manager (as part of DD Suite 10) to expand the size of an NTFS partition in Windows XP on a XP/OS X dual boot machine.
Prior to the resize, the particular partition could be read as NTFS within OS X without issue.
As soon as I resized this particular partition, however, and rebooted into OS X, OS X can no longer mount the resized partition.
A quick look at the Disk Utility shows that an unaltered partition is recognized as an "NTFS" filesystem while the resized/altered partition is now recognized as "Windows_NTFS" filesystem.
What could Partition Manager have changed and, more importantly, is there any way to get OS X to mount the partition again?
I've tried a few basic things in Parition Manager such as changing the partition in question from Logical to Primary and back, from non-Active Active then back to Non-Active, etc... but to no avail
