Hello Arroco,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Could you please provide us with some additional information so we could investigate the issue and provide you with a possible solution?
First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/updates/) of the appropriate version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/registration/) your software.
Please activate the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager using the latest build.
If the issue persists with the latest build, please do the following:
- Create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).
Please also create Acronis True Image Bootable CD and check if you can boot you computer from this CD. You can find the detailed instructions on how to create Acronis True Image Bootable CD in the respective User's Guide (http://www.acronis.com/download/docs/).
Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
Thank you.
