NOD32 and ESET Smart Security

I just bought a 2 year license for NOD32, to take advantage of the 2nd year discount (I don't expect I'll switch out).

Two questions regarding this:

1) Am I right to assume that this license will cover me for v3 when it comes out?

2) Will this also cover me for ESET Smart Security, or will there at least be discounted pricing to "upgrade"?

Still unknown . The pricing stuff are still not ready . Most likely upgrade from NOD av to ESS will cost something little

I heard 69 euro for the full version, but it's all rumors at this point. Hopefully, the upgrade from NOD to ESS will be reasonable ($20?)
