Can't do a custom scan

When I try and do a custom scan of single file on another drive while I am scanning my C drive. I can set it up in custom file select but when I start the second scan it scans the C drive again. Has anyone else experienced this?

It works here like a charm. I run a scan of the whole c drive, then moved it to the background and run an additional scan of a single file on drive d which was completed fine.
