Safe Mode scan?

Unlikely NOD32 v2.7 , the on-demand scan in ESS is performed by the kernel (I believe) , not by another application .
Which means it cannot start in Safe Mode nor we can start the GUI in Safe Mode .

Scan in Safe Mode is impossible . Is this going to be added in the final version and if not , then why?
