Explanation from KAV site.Hope it helps.:)

Utility for a small facilitation life of beta-tester.
Allows to manage some undocumented possibilities of product KAV/KIS 6.0.
Allows quickly to send dump to the KL's FTP-Server, and also to create the "mirror update".

It really works great just try it
