View Full Version : AVG AS no longer performs scheduled scans

I rarely open the AVG anti-spyware console, but when I did so recently I noticed that my scheduled scans have not been run since sometime in March. Any idea what's going on, or how I can make it run its scheduled scans? (See attachments)
P.S. checked Event Viewer for the time the scans were scheduled - nothing!

Please remove the old profile and create a NEW scan profile in the Custom Scan mode, add items to this profile that have to be scanned like Files, Folders etc. and then press the Button 'Schedule this profile'. Now edit the time settings for this profile. Enable also here the option 'If scheduled time was missed...'.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have made the changes you have suggested, and I will see tomorrow if the new profile scan succeeded.

Thanks again - success! As you can see, the scheduled scan ran successfully last night.
