Cyberdefender is great, or is it?

I won a licence for EarlyDetectionCenter 2.0 from CyberDefender. Is this software worth using? (I'd like to give it to a friend.)

Yeah, I won a Cyberdefender Liscense also.
I don't think I'm going to use it.

don't. research it first. i think it is guilty of questionable practices. you might want to check spywarewarrior, because i think it's rogue. they don't include an uninstall tool either, if i remember correctly.

Did not find any information there.

It uses Kaspersky's engine. Castlecops had it as prize so cannot be rogue.

are you sure that its the kaspersky engine?
if you want free kaspersky AV, you can go with AOL active virus shield. just decline the optional toolbar.
what about an uninstall tool, did you find any info about that?

I read some time ago from Castlecops it would be Kaspersky, but I'm not 100% sure.

Has SpyCatcher Express 2006 something to do with Cyberdefender?
