how to get back local profile

The "WGA" finally caught up with me. Windows XP Pro logs me in as a new
user and will not access my old profile with all my pictures, movies, music, etc. How do i log in as the old me

sounds more like NTFS permissions


google

disable simple file sharing

&

take ownership of files and folders

that should fix you right up however also google NTFS permissions in general so you know what might trigger a permissions issue
