I have the above motherboard and tried the trial version of TI 10 Home build 4942. The only way it can reboot into the full version to do a restore of the active drive is if I disable my USB controller in the MB bios. The rescue disk will boot up in safe mode only. I also tried this with all USB devices unplugged and the controller turned on and it wouldnt boot. Hopefully Acronis can fix this problem as I am tired of waiting the long boot times of the Ghost 9 rescue disk.

Hello ohwell,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Please try booting with "acpi=off noapic" parameter as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).
If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:
Please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317). Please keep the controller in question connected and powered on during the creation process.
If you're not able to create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) then please do the following:
- Boot your computer from Acronis Bootable Rescue Media and press F11 key when the selection screen advising you to select either "Full", "Safe" or "Boot into Windows" option appears.
- After you get the "Linux kernel command line" prompt, remove the word "quiet", click on the OK button and choose "Full Version".
When the screen stops scrolling please write down the output information you receive (last 5-10 lines), or use a digital camera to make shots of the output screen. You can use Shift+PgUp and Shift+PgDn keys to scroll the screen manually.
Please also collect the exact vendor and device names of the controller in question.
Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
Thank you.

The quiet acpi=off noapic worked very well with the rescue disk. Is there way to incorporate this command when True Image reboots from windows directly to the restore console?
