Secure FTP

Trying to backup to a Secure FTP site but unable to do so. No problem backing up to a non secure FTP but why would you ever want to backup
over the internet without using a secure FTP. Is this a limitation in the software? Hope not or I wasted my money.

Please notice that in order to backup to a FTP server it must allow passive mode for file transfers. It is also recommended that you change the source computer firewall settings to open Ports 20 and 21 for both TCP and UDP protocols and disable the Routing and Remote Access Windows service.
