I am trying to restore an image of Server 2003 and the Restore Data Wizard seems to hang while looking for the destination drive. The destination drive is valid and online. Any thoughts? Thanks Dale

Hello dfriese,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATISWin/).
First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/updates/) of the appropriate version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/registration/) your software.
If the issue persists with the latest build, please download the following Acronis drivers (http://download.acronis.com/support/SnapAPI_l_s_e.zip), unpack the archive, install unpacked MSI package and see if the problem persists.
If the issue not solved, please do the following:
- Replace C:\WINDOWS\system32\snapapi.dll with the one from the downloaded SnapAPI archive;
- Reproduce the issue and collect the log file;
- Get the log file without closing any application windows (including the error message windows if there are any). The log file will be created at C:\ . The name of the log file will be snapapi [date-time].log
Please also clarify the following
- Is the drive in the question a local or external hard drive?
- Did you use Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media or did you use Acronis True Image in Windows?
Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).
Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
Thank you.
