"...'They're extremely polite, but I call it sponge listening -- they just soak it in and say, 'I can understand why you're angry,' but nothing happens,' Kronk said. He added: "Every time I see a Dell commercial on TV, I just cringe. They make it sound so easy and it's been a nightmare..."

FYI...

'Just ran across Dell's "policy" on the issue here:

...So there you have it. Like it or lump it (I chose the latter).

;) Could try disabling Automatic Redirection in the browser?? ;D

But then you'd probably just get a blank page. LOL

The fact that they won't let you read their new policy is probably because they are reconsidering their position. I wonder if their stock has dropped?? Has anyone checked? ;)

FYI...

- Detox:
'Got same on first attempt, but the "redirect" allowed me in to the URL sought after making a few preliminary selections regarding type of user and PC, i.e.: Home or Home based small business...'must be using some "cookie-magic" in there (my guess). ;)

hmm...

Well, I guess I must admit that if I was engaging in such activities I wouldn't want to make it easy for anyone to read about it either ::)
