port 1027 is closed

I did a system scan with ShieldsUP! (https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2), and it found that port 1027 is just closed not stealth :(
I use KPF 2.1.5, should I use another one ? ::)

Either your rules allow a program to act like a server, if you mean to or not, or its being intercepted by an outside source. In this case its an ephemeral port so it would be your configuration.
