I am running Windows XP on a computer with 1G memory.
ATI home version 10 (version 4942) has no problems backingup the entire computer... but.. when I try to do a backup of Outlook 2000, ATI 10 crashes and over half the time causes the entire computer to crash.
I have uninstalled and removed all registry entries and reinstalled, no change.
I did a checkdisk on the "C" drive, no issues.
any ideas?
Thanks

Hello dvohwinkel,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
We are sorry for the delayed response.
Please describe the actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step. When exactly Acronis True Image crashes?
Create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).
Please also collect the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log the way described in this previous post of mine (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=886591&postcount=2)
In addition, perform the action described in this previous post of mine (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=779717&postcount=2) to enable Windows mini-dumps that will allow us to investigate the problem thoroughly and to provide you with a possible solution.
Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread.
Thank you.
