There was a new version of ZASS issued last week. The hourly automatic update of virus/spyware definition files is not on by default. For those of you who have this suite, you have to go into the advanced features and turn this option on manually.

Hi Fred,
I have updated mine but AV/AS was ON by default... don't know why it was not in your case...
