Backup Problem

Hi All,

Just finished an incremental backup of my computer and discover that on transferring the data back to my reformatted computer that the backed up winrar, nero digital and some pdf files are damaged and are now illegible. Anyone else having this problem with Acronis True Image Home 10? Any solutions?

- Please let us know the build number of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be 4 digit number);

- Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step;

- Did you use Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media or did you use Acronis True Image in Windows to restore the data?

- What do you mean by "the backed up winrar, nero digital and some pdf files are damaged and are now illegible."? Have you received any error messages when you trying to open these files? What exact error messages? When exactly have you received them? Make a screen shots of the error messages.
