View Full Version : AVGAS.EXE high CPU

Didnt find an exact answer so here it goes ...
for a while now, AVG AntiSpyware (latest version free) runs really slowish ... I noticed the culprit is AVGAS.EXE @ 40% CPU whether you run a scan or stays idle!!

BTW the ActiveX version runs fine.

I dont really know if there could be a conflict, possibly Comodo Firewall?
Any feedback would be welcome!

This could be caused by a known bug and will be fixed in the upcoming build.

Well the thread about Server problems mentions a "Vista-ready build" that is supposedly coming in April. Perhaps this is it?

you can scan your system once a week, other time you can close it
