i did check the message and the symptoms matched all except the solution windows hotfix number is different. now i have got a serious problem it seems... i was having this problem starting some days before which is error:DNScache event:11050 and which says
The DNS Client service could not contact any DNS servers for a repeated number of attempts. For the next 30 seconds the DNS Client service will not use the network to avoid further network performance problems. It will resume its normal behavior after that. If this problem persists, verify your TCP/IP configuration, specifically check that you have a preferred (and possibly an alternate) DNS server configured. If the problem continues, verify network conditions to these DNS servers or contact your network administrator.
now i checked and theres a new error which is
error:MrxSmb event:8003 and says
The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer INTEL that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{A9D8B452-0BD1-477A-A89. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.
i dunno whats all this coz i just formatted my machine yesterday fully... and its just new .
i am gettin tensed now as if something really dangerous has happened... i just cant access network continously... :'( :'( :'(
(who is INTEL????)

Hi subratam,
You will have to check the TCP/IP properties of the internet connection to see if the DNS servers of your ISP are filled out correctly.
The second error is from another machine on your network running a equal or newer OS. It is sending out a packet across the network that it wants to be the master browser.
You can read some more about that here: http://www.comptechdoc.org/os/windows/ntwsguide/ntwsnfinding.html

Pieter
