Missing DLL file

??? Went to launch spywareblaster after installation and it wont run because it states missing a DLL file called MSVBVM60.DLL

Even reinstalled the app hoping that would fix the problem but it didnot....I did save it to disk before installing, because I like to scan apps before installing.....Anyone tell me how to get the require DLL FILE to launch spywareblaster....thanks
