Installation problems

[Neutron 1948]

After installing SpywareBlaster 2.6.1 under Windows Me, I got the following message:
Run-time error '339'.
Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

The file does not exist in my system. How can I get it and where should it be located in the system for the program to function?

I've tried repeated installation (with and without rebooting): full, compact, custom, but no difference.

Any help? Thanks....J&J
