I had try it on more than 10 computers with different opertaion system.
XP,NT,98 ..etc.
It got "radius.td3 can't be found" but it actually sit in the directory.
If I ignored it, the TDS would hang up in next step.
I had contact with their customer service two years ago but it still could't be solved now.
Did anyone got the same problem ?

TDS-3 has this problem indeed, but for TDS-4 this will be solved.
It doesn't work on a chinese/japanese/vietnamese system, unless you put them as default in english or other european language.
You might like to give it a try that way.
Unfortunately, but like said, in the next generation it will all be solved!

Thank you :)
So glad to hear they will solve this in next version.
I almost give it up beacuse the problem havn't solve more than
2 years. I think I will try it again after TDS-4 releases.

The temporary setting to default english was no solution either? Just to try, one system first and see what happens then? For several others this was the solution for the current situation so they could at least do their full system scans and keep the system clean before occasionally moving back to chinese.
With TDS-4 you can then keep it in either language you like.
