FILE AND FOLDER RESTORE PROBLEM

When I try to restore individual folders of lets say 5 folders. The it turns out that only one of the selected 5 is selected, I have 250 folders to restore and I don't want to do this one at a time.

Along with the full name and build number of Acronis True Image you use, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog, please clarify the following:

- Did you use Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media or did you use Acronis True Image in Windows?

- Have you created disk/partition(s) image archive or file-based backup (backup of separate files/folders)?

- Are you trying to restore the date from full backup or incremental/differential backup?

- Have you selected to restore the date to its original location or to the new location?

Please also describe the actions taken before the issue appears step-by-step.
