Moving to a new computer

I am currently running Win98 on an old DELL Computer,
with NOD32 AntiVirus V2.7 installed (license expires October 2007).

I finally bought a new desktop running Win XP.
I will be replacing the old computer...

What do I have to do to run NOD32 on the new computer?
Do I have to buy a new license?
-or-
Is it possible to 'transfer' the license from the old computer to the new one?
And if possible, how do I do so?

Well, if you want NOD32 to run on both computers, you'll need to purchase a new license.

If you wish to run NOD32 on your new computer only, simply uninstall it from the old PC and install it on the new PC and enter your username/password information when requested or under Update setup.

This information should be with the original purchase communications, or it can be requested from Retrieve License Details (http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php) if purchased through Eset or an authorized reseller.

I am only going to run NOD32 on one computer.
But will using my existing username/password work even though I am
going to have to download/install the NOD32 version for Win_XP?
(I am running Win_98 on the old computer).

You should have access to both 98 & NT versions of NOD32 (basically all standard versions).
So just uninstall your copy from your Win98 machine, download (http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php) an NT version and install it on your new machine using your current username & password. I'm sure it'll work just fine :)
