Windows XP Professional x64 Ed, SP2 (build 3790)
2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64
2048 Megabytes Installed Memory
600.15 Gigabytes Usable Hard Drive Capacity
384.62 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space
...............................................................................
Two 300GB hard drives, partitioned initially
C:/H:=20 GB,
D:/I: =4 GB,
E:/J: =255 GB
C:/H: had OS and after a year C: was down to 0.5GB remaining!
I needed to shift 20GB from E:/J: onto C:/H:
...............................................................................
Got Disk Director 10 from Amazon, it would not load, x64 not correct. OUCH
Registered, downloaded upgrade (vers 2160) - run - load - success!
Did the shift (15 minutes carefully), commit, run
Another 10 minutes, two re-boots, and YES, YES, YES.
Thank you ACRONIS, wonder-worker, rated *****
Whilst many have had problems, it only seems fair to cheer success.
