Unable to push image to Dell Latitude D620 with Snap Deploy 2.0

I've been able to successfully deploy other model Dell systems but this one is giving me trouble.

The D620 joins the session and but then disconnects and reboots after about 5 seconds. The log shows:

When the D620 restarts, the screen shows "Loading DRMK Version 8.00..." and hangs. The original OS has apparently been wiped out.

Any ideas?

Ok, I got it to work.

I had to use a UNC path to the image. I.E. \\servername\sharename\image.tib

I was using the local path on the server I was pushing the image from. I.E. C:\images\image.tib

Hope this helps someone else.

what do you mean? I am having the same problem but when i specify the image file, i do it right through the snap deploy management console. I point to the file on the console and go from there.

I am still getting a "specified session id not found" even though the laptop found my server.
