View Full Version : Pushing updated config to clients?

Hi,

Im pretty new to Nod32. I've pushed the latest release to all clients and they grab the latest antivirus updates from the server.

What I want to do, is change the config settings like AMON, IMON, when to do a virus scan, whether or not to show the splash screen, etc.

How can clients grab the latest config, either by myself pushing it down to the clients or they grabbing it in the latest update.

Can anyone let me know how?

Cheers

Hi no1youknowz, welcome to Wilders.

-{ Quote: "How can clients grab the latest config..." }-Create a new config package and push it out to the clients through the Remote Administrator Console.

Enterprise Edition Tutorial can be located HERE (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=138526)

Cheers ;D

NOD makes that an easy process. Using the remote administration console, select a new event (the icon with the red *) and then select "configuration". you may then select a configuration that you've previously created with the configuration editor, then edit it or not, or create a brand new configuration, and finally select the machines you want to push this configuration out to.
