Can anyone help me get rid of Win32/Trojan Dropper.VB.NAI Trojan
Nod 32 keeps detecting it but doesn't seem to clean it. I set Nod 32 to scan and clean but once it detects the Trojan Dropper it doesn't seem able to get past it to clean it from the system. I'm using Windows XP.

Thankful

Try running the same scan in safe mode:

Please post back if you still have problems.

Hello !

Make sure your definition is up-to-date by pressing Control Center -> Update -> Update now.

Make sure your settings are the same as this tutorial (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=37509).

Open Control Center -> NOD32 -> Run NOD32 and perforum full Scan&Clean over your hard drives . NOD32 will take care of these threats :)

If you have problems deleting them in Normal mode , boot in Safe Mode (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222) and then perform full scan there .
You can also use Ewido Micro (http://download.ewido.net/ewido_micro.exe) for second opinion
