This tool (http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp), that almost all eliminates the known versions of the BAGLE, also the most recent, are noticed by Nod32 as NewHeur_PE
It clearly deals with a positive forgery.

Hi ! Send an email to ESET Tech Support (support@eset.com) with a link to this thread and a link to the possible false positive.They will check it and if necessary will soon fix it ;)
