We have a few users running the "Real Time Displays" from the subject software product. Unfortunately, when either NOD32 v2.5 or v2.7 are installed, the real time displays don't. Display, that is. When NOD32 is removed, they display as intended. Nortel is not helping with this issue at all, since we have demonstrated that there is a "workaround"... Great vendor support, eh? I suspect this situation can be managed with exclusions - last year we found a similar issue with Wonderware real time PLC displays that we resolved with some exclusions in the IMON module, but the vendor helped us id the executables with that one. Is there an available troubleshooting chart that would let me efficiently narrow down the executables and NOD32 modules in play? Any other suggestions other than wait for a response from ESET tech support? Thx!
